Experience & Approach

My professional path began in the body. I graduated as a physiotherapist and continued my studies in manual therapy, deeply fascinated by the intelligence and complexity of the human system. I spent several years working in a trauma intensive care unit, where I witnessed both the fragility and resilience of life. After experiencing burnout myself, I began to reflect more closely on my own patterns and the impact of stress and trauma on the nervous system. This led me to explore my own healing process and eventually shift the direction of my work. That turning point made me move countries, explore different professional roles, and, in recent years, work with massage therapy.

Through exploring developmental and generational trauma in my personal process, I came to understand that intellectual insight alone was not enough — embodiment and compassionate presence were essential for real change. When I encountered the work of Dr. Gabor Maté and the Compassionate Inquiry approach, it deeply resonated with me. I completed the year-long professional training and am currently part of the mentorship program, continuing to deepen my practice.

My intention is to offer a safe and attuned space where you can explore yourself honestly and gently. I see my role as being a clear mirror, supporting you in recognising the layers that may have formed over time — and reconnecting with the essence that has always been there. I believe we are born whole, and that healing is a process of remembering and returning to that wholeness.
